1. Terms & Conditions for Customers (সম্মানিত কাস্টমারদের জন্য)
1 1. Purchase (পণ্য ক্রয়)
Customers may purchase any legally permitted product or service from BuyNTAKE outlets, showrooms, or e-commerce, in accordance with Bangladeshi law.
2 2. Points Collection (পয়েন্ট সংগ্রহ)
A fixed percentage of the purchase margin, or a set contractual amount, will be credited as points from every outlet, superstore, or e-commerce purchase. (৳10 spent = 1 point).
3 3. Points Only Through Purchase (শুধু কেনাকাটায় পয়েন্ট)
Points can only be earned through actual product or service purchases. Direct financial transactions (cash deposits) are strictly not accepted.
4 4. Star Member Status (স্টার মেম্বার)
A customer automatically becomes a "Star Member" upon collecting 100 points through cumulative shopping purchases.
5 5. Club Income (ক্লাব ইনকাম)
Star Members share in the company's profit pool through Club Income, continuing until a total bonus of ৳500 BDT is reached.
6 6. Club Bonus (ক্লাব বোনাস)
Members will receive 12 phased Club Bonuses at company milestone intervals, based on overall enterprise sales performance (up to ৳9,50,000 BDT).
7 7. Minimum Monthly Purchase (মাসিক ন্যূনতম কেনাকাটা)
To remain eligible for all income systems above, a minimum shopping purchase of 10 points (৳100 volume) is required every calendar month.
8 8. Withdrawal & Service Charge (উইথড্র ও সার্ভিস চার্জ)
A standard service charge of 5% to 10% (based on rank level) will be deducted on withdrawals from any income wallet. Withdrawal is available once the wallet balance reaches a minimum of ৳50 BDT.
9 9. No Fixed Time Limit (কোনো সময়সীমা নেই)
There is no fixed time limit or forced amount required for shopping-based income or bonuses — customers may purchase freely whenever needed.
10 10. Protecting Company Interest (প্রতিষ্ঠানের স্বার্থ সংরক্ষণ)
Customers must always refrain from any activity or misrepresentation that goes against the company's interest or reputational integrity.
11 11. Legal Action (আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা)
If a registered customer acts against the company's interest through means outside the official platform system, immediate legal action will be initiated.
12 12. Compliance (বিধি-বিধান মেনে চলা)
As a registered customer, you are obligated to comply with all official company policies, terms, and digital ecosystem regulations.
13 13. Right to Amend Policy (নীতিমালা পরিবর্তনের অধিকার)
In the company's broader interest, the management authority may change, add to, remove from, revise, or cancel any policy or condition at any time. No objection will be entertained regarding this.

Registration Fee (রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি)
Registration is completely free. However, a one-time fee of ৳ 200 BDT applies to unlock the machine-scannable Smart PVC Member Card, ৳ 20 instant welcome cashback, and full Point/Cashback privileges.
2. Terms for Marketing Professionals (মার্কেটিং প্রফেশনালদের জন্য শর্তাবলী)
1 1. Experience (অভিজ্ঞতা)
Must possess prior proven experience in sales, field marketing, and community development.
2 2. Reporting & Accountability (জবাবদিহিতা)
Must carry out all business development, merchant onboarding, and marketing activities under the direct supervision of the Head of Marketing, remaining strictly accountable to the Marketing Department.
3 3. Commission (কমিশন)
A Marketing Professional will receive commission strictly as fixed and computed by BuyNTAKE's automated system matrix.
4 4. Service Charge (সার্ভিস চার্জ)
A minimum 5% standard service charge will be deducted on withdrawals from any marketing income balance.
5 5. Sales Target (সেলস টার্গেট)
There is no fixed monthly sales target. However, seasonal targets announced by the Marketing Department must be respected with full effort made to achieve them.
6 6. Rank Advancement (র্যাংক অর্জন)
Official career ranks/titles (JEO up to IMD) can be achieved progressively through network volume and sales structure as per BuyNTAKE system rules.
7 7. Minimum Monthly Purchase (মাসিক ন্যূনতম কেনাকাটা)
A minimum monthly personal shopping purchase of 30 points (৳300 volume) must be made every month to remain eligible for all income benefits under the system.
8 8. Working Days (কর্মদিবস)
Working days are flexible across 7 days a week; weekly off-days and working hours are managed dynamically based on operational campaigns.
9 9. Protecting Company Interest (প্রতিষ্ঠানের স্বার্থ সংরক্ষণ)
Must always safeguard the company's brand prestige, intellectual assets, and trade confidentiality.
10 10. Legal Action & ID Termination (আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা)
If any action is taken against the company's interest while working professionally at BuyNTAKE, the ID will be immediately blocked and legal prosecution will follow. No lawsuit may be filed against the company authority.
11 11. Mutual Termination (পারস্পরিক অব্যাহতি)
Either party may end the professional engagement with BuyNTAKE by providing formal advance written notice.
12 12. Clearance (ছাড়পত্র)
Before leaving the role, all accounts, promotional equipment, materials, and office documents must be handed over to the authority, and an official clearance certificate obtained.
13 13. Leaving Without Notice (বিনা নোটিশে ত্যাগ)
Leaving the professional role without notice or clearance is a contractual breach and may result in legal recovery action by the company.
14 14. Compliance (বিধি-বিধান মেনে চলা)
Must strictly adhere to all enterprise directives, code of conduct, and business ethics set by BuyNTAKE.
15 15. Right to Amend Policy (নীতিমালা পরিবর্তনের অধিকার)
In the company's broader interest, the authority may change, add to, remove from, or cancel any decision or policy at any time.
Important Official Notice & Anti-Fraud Disclaimer
BuyNTAKE is a next-generation e-commerce and community-driven rewards platform — NOT an investment company, financial scheme, or fixed ROI institution. All rewards, points, and fund allocations originate strictly from actual product retail margins and merchant partnerships.
If anyone uses the BuyNTAKE name to carry out any financial transaction with another person, or encourages investment under that name, such action is entirely against company policy and unauthorized.
All customers are advised: do not engage in any financial transaction with anyone claiming to represent BuyNTAKE in this manner. Should anyone proceed with such a transaction regardless, the company bears no responsibility for it.
